A: No. By law, you’re free to choose the repair shop you trust. You are not required to use the shop your insurance recommends.

A: No. They can make recommendations, but the final decision is entirely yours.

A: We do offer Deductible Assistance. Please give us a call for more information.

Q: Does my insurance company have the right to inspect my vehicle?

A: Yes, insurance companies do have the right to inspect the vehicle before repairs begin and we suggest getting an estimate from the body shop first.

A: Yes, in most cases. We’ll work with your insurance to see if OEM parts are covered. Please give us a call for more information.

A: By Ohio Law you have to have only ONE estimate.

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: We offer a lifetime warranty on all collision repair workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.

Q: What will I drive in the meantime?

A: We can assist you in arranging a rental car or loaner vehicle.

A: If hidden damage is discovered, we’ll contact you and your insurance company to submit supplemental quote for approval.
