First Class Collision (FCC) July 11, 2025 My 1999 Chrysler 300M headlights were badly corroded and needed replacing. I purchased new parts and began to search for a collision shop to install them. FCC led the Yelp top ten collision shop list in the area . I called the store manager, Ben, who told me he could do the repair quickly and for a cost that turned out to be 60% less than the Chrysler dealer quote. I dropped the car off it was completed the same afternoon by one of his highly skilled mechanics. I’m totally satisfied with the results! FCC is a new shop to the area. Ben is a professional in the Collision repair business who has a standard to do high quality work at a fair cost that should be attractive to most customers. I’m already planning additional work for his shop. I fully support the five star rating that I gave to his operation. CGM

Someone hit my driver’s side panel on my Lexus in a parking lot. Unfortunately, they did not leave a note. My husband was very satisfied with his truck’s ding repair at First Class Collision, so I got an estimate. They gave me a good price, a loaner car and made my car LOOK NEW AGAIN. This was not an easy task as my car is an upgraded premium Lexus color. Aaron and his son are good communicators explaining every step of the process and giving a timeline of the repair. Great family business!

This place lives up to its name, 1st class. It was the best of all the estimates which I had gotten, and the process was fantastic. The representative, Aaron, was very thorough and transparent, nothing hidden. The work was performed fast and done very well. It also has a written lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend them for any body work needed.
